Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the management of the FECOS Probe team, PC (Production Control) team as well as planning projects team.
- These teams are primarily responsible to help to improve Probe and Non-Productive Wafers (NPW)
- Operations planning and execution within the tactical horizon window, as well as overall Planning Projects across the strategic horizon.
- Own collaborating with Front End Manufacturing Inventory output and Probe stakeholders to deliver probe tactical solutions and BKM sharing across the network, in-charge of network management of NPW to meet output plan at lowest cost as well as drive overall network Planning strategic projects.
- This will be achieved by developing metrics that clarify deliverables, and by providing front-end manufacturing experience and expertise and influencing key business partners (Supply Chain, SMAI, TSE, Procurement, IE, AMHS, Space etc).
- Build effective global team by distributing work and learning opportunities functionally and regionally, and by empowering team members with the authority to make decisions at the appropriate level and geographically.
