Senior Electrical Engineer leading global facilities engineering initiatives at Micron, responsible for technical support, design and construction project leadership, global standards development, and sustainability programs across semiconductor manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Technical Field Authority providing consultation and support to global, regional, and site facilities and manufacturing teams
- Collaborate with internal partners (Technology Development, Procurement, Finance, Legal) to implement engineering solutions
- Develop, review, and maintain Micron's global standards, specifications, and best‑known methods (BKMs)
- Ensure standardization across engineering design, construction execution, reliability programs, and O&M practices
- Analyze system designs for performance improvements, efficiency gains, cost reductions, and maintenance reduction
- Provide problem analysis support using standard tools and methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 7-15 years of experience in semiconductor or facilities‑related industry
- Technical expertise in high, medium, and low voltage electrical systems, critical and emergency backup systems, sag mitigation, UPS, VFD, lighting, and electrical distribution
- Ability to travel internationally 25% of the time on average, up to 50% during critical phases
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Outstanding organizational and customer‑focused skills
