Key Responsibilities
- ATCP POE (Assembly and Test Central Planning – Planning Operational Excellence) is searching for a candidate passionate about system and process implementation and eager to face challenges.
- In the role of ERP Project Manager/ERP Business Analyst Lead, you will act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for ERP/MES systems supporting the necessary implementations.
- Project Planning and Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive project plan.
- Drive Business User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Collaborate and partner Site Plannings (global sites) to detail out the UAT test plan and drive for completion as part of ERP system implementation and/code changes.
- Data and Process Management: Ensure data transfer to subsequent support interfaces and maintain quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with various collaborators and business users to identify problems and requirements, analyze operational procedures, develop business process solutions, prepare work flowcharts, and translate business requirements to User Stories for ERP improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, including managing ERP implementation from initiation to deployment.
- Experience with SAP S/4 Production Planning module is preferred.
- PMP, ITIL, APICS, CPIM credential or an equivalent project management qualification
- PROSCI certification or an equivalent credential in change management is preferred
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment or equivalent
