Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize photolithography processes to meet device requirements for advanced memory technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (process integration, build, manufacturing, equipment development) to integrate processes and ensure flawless technology transfer.
- Work closely with equipment vendors to improve tool performance, evaluate new equipment, and implement process improvements.
- Drive yield improvement, failure analysis, and device performance optimization through advanced process techniques.
- Improve cycle time, resolve capacity constraints, and reduce overall cost of ownership.
- Document and communicate project plans, status, and results through detailed reports and presentations, including data analysis and interpretation.
Requirements
- In Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field relevant to photolithography and process development.
- 3+ years in semiconductor photolithography or related process engineering.
- Experience working with advanced lithography materials (365nm, 248nm, 193nm) and EUV processes.
- Hands-on experience with brand new photolithography equipment and metrology tools.
- Established experience in managing cross-functional projects and directing technology strategy.
