Assistant VP, HR Business Partner for Personal Financial Services (PFS) business. Partner with business functions to drive and execute the people agenda, providing HR advisory and support in recruitment, performance management, talent management, compensation, and employee relations.

  • Partner with PFS business and functions to drive the people agenda.
  • Provide HR advisory and support in all aspects of the PFS business.
  • Partner Talent Acquisition for recruitment.
  • Manage performance management and talent management.
  • Oversee compensation, training, and organizational development.
  • Manage employee relations issues and ensure policy implementation.

Requirements

  • Degree-qualified.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of HR experience.
  • Experience gained in large companies or the banking industry.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Drive for excellence.
