Key Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise and governance oversight for KYC framework.
- Support consistent application of risk-appropriate KYC standards.
- Enable efficient client onboarding and lifecycle management.
- Maintain strong financial crime risk controls.
- Ensure KYC requirements are applied proportionately and pragmatically.
- Align with regulatory expectations and the Bank's risk appetite.
Requirements
- Experience in KYC Competence Centre operations.
- Understanding of First Line KYC framework.
- Knowledge of client lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with financial crime risk controls.
- Ability to work with Business, Group Compliance, and Operations.
