About the role
The candidate will be part of Group Investment Banking's Business Management team, handling finance-related reporting and compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to Head of GIB on income weekly.
- Ensuring fee income and expenses are accurately recorded in the Bank's finance system.
- Monitoring and follow-up on invoicing and outstanding fee receivable.
- Performing monthly GL reconciliation.
- Submitting reports to Business Finance for management reporting.
- Preparing and monitoring department's annual budget.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Numbers oriented and attention to details.
- Proactive and comfortable to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good team player and strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of wholesale banking is an advantage.
