Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for PFS Sales roles, partnering Hiring Managers and HRBPs to meet business needs
- Manages sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding for frontline sales positions
- Advises stakeholders on hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate selection
- Ensures compliance with recruitment governance, licensing, and regulatory requirements
- Delivers a professional candidate experience while supporting reporting and hiring KPIs
