About the role

Drive requirements lifecycle for UOB's customer digital channels (onboarding), translating product vision into detailed functional requirements, supporting product owners, and ensuring traceability and quality across development and testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Requirements Lifecycle from abstract product vision to detailed functional requirements.
  • Bridge Product Owners, System Analysts, Architects and Developers by translating high-level product vision into tangible, detailed requirements.
  • Support Product Owners in prioritizing requirements across cost/benefit and managing the product backlog.
  • Support Development and Testing by providing functional clarifications, reviewing SIT scenarios, and preparing UAT test cases for non-RORC countries (TH/ID).
  • Ensure requirement traceability and change management by documenting final artefacts.
  • Define detailed business process design (L2) spanning online and offline aspects, coordinating with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in requirements lifecycle management in a banking or financial services context.
  • Ability to translate product vision into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Sprint Planning.
  • Experience with JIRA for test case management and traceability.
  • Understanding of digital channels and onboarding processes.
