Key Responsibilities
- As a Trainee, You Will Be Trained On:
- Watching how machines perform and noticing when something seems off or needs attention.
- Helping out when production teams need support or when something urgent comes up.
- Supporting engineers when they test new ideas or try out new equipment.
Requirements
- Graduates with a Diploma, Higher Nitec, or Nitec from a local institution.
- No engineering or STEM background required — we welcome applicants from all fields of study.
- A team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
