Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global leasing strategy for a multi-billion-dollar real-estate portfolio supporting semiconductor operations
- Lead negotiations with landlords, brokers, and legal teams to secure favorable lease terms and mitigate risk
- Oversee site selection and due diligence for new facilities, expansions, and renewals across all global regions
- Manage end-to-end lease transactions including RFP processes, financial modeling, and lease abstracts
- Partner with business units, finance, and operations to align real-estate decisions with corporate growth plans and capital allocation
- Establish and maintain relationships with key landlords, brokers, and external service providers globally
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize portfolio utilization, cost efficiency, and sustainability
- Provide executive-level reporting and analytics on portfolio performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate real-estate leasing and portfolio strategy, preferably within technology or industrial sectors
- Proven track record negotiating complex, high-value commercial leases exceeding $100M in aggregate
- Strong financial acumen with ability to build and present detailed ROI, NPV, and cash-flow models for real-estate investments
- Experience managing global real-estate portfolios across North America, Asia, and Europe
- Expert knowledge of commercial lease structures, legal terms, and market standards
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams including legal, finance, construction, and facilities
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as needed
