Senior executive role leading global payments and transaction banking product strategy for a major financial institution. Responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management of cash management, commercial cards, and digital payment solutions serving corporate and institutional clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global product strategy for payments and transaction banking solutions
  • Drive P&L performance across cash management, commercial cards, and digital payment products
  • Lead cross-functional teams across technology, operations, sales, and risk management
  • Establish strategic partnerships with fintech companies and technology providers
  • Oversee product roadmap prioritization and feature development for digital platforms
  • Manage regulatory compliance and risk frameworks for payment products
  • Drive client engagement and solution customization for multinational corporations
  • Implement data-driven product enhancements and performance optimization
  • Lead market expansion initiatives across Asia-Pacific and global markets
  • Champion API integration and open banking initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in payments, transaction banking, or cash management
  • Proven track record in product management leadership roles within financial services
  • Deep expertise in commercial cards, cash management, and digital payment solutions
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Experience managing large-scale P&L responsibilities ($100M+ revenue portfolios)
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing product teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience with API integration and digital platform development
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for product decisions
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across global markets
  • Experience working in matrix organizations and cross-functional leadership
  • Knowledge of emerging payment technologies and fintech innovations
  • Strong presentation and client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% internationally
