About the role

A two-year graduate rotational program for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience across R&D, process engineering, and manufacturing automation within a leading semiconductor company. Participants complete three 8-month rotations in different technical areas while receiving mentorship and structured training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete three 8-month rotations across different technical areas including R&D, process engineering, and manufacturing automation
  • Work on real-world projects that contribute to the company's technology roadmap and manufacturing excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges in semiconductor development and production
  • Participate in structured training programs covering technical skills, leadership development, and industry knowledge
  • Present project outcomes and technical findings to senior leadership and technical teams
  • Apply theoretical knowledge from university to practical applications in semiconductor technology and manufacturing

Requirements

  • Recent graduate or final-year student pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field
  • Graduation date between August 2025 and July 2026
  • Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA equivalent to 3.0/4.0 or 2nd upper honors
  • Demonstrated passion for semiconductor technology and innovation through coursework, projects, or internships
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to apply engineering principles to practical challenges
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Singapore for the duration of the program
  • No prior full-time work experience required (internships and co-op programs acceptable)
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through extracurricular activities, student organizations, or community involvement
