Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize job scheduling systems for semiconductor manufacturing operations
- Monitor and troubleshoot automated batch jobs across MES and ERP platforms
- Develop and maintain job scheduling workflows to ensure optimal production efficiency
- Coordinate with production teams to prioritize and schedule manufacturing jobs
- Analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements to reduce job failures
- Provide technical support for job scheduling issues and escalations
- Create and maintain documentation for job scheduling procedures and configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new manufacturing processes into scheduling systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience in job scheduling or batch scheduling systems
- Strong experience with MES and ERP systems in semiconductor manufacturing
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting
- Experience with SQL and Oracle databases
- Knowledge of wafer fab manufacturing processes and production planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
- Understanding of capacity planning and resource optimization
- Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support as needed
- Experience working in a foundry or semiconductor manufacturing environment preferred
