Intern position in retail private banking, supporting front office on client due diligence and SOW write-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate as a member of the Central Utility Team, providing support to the Front Office on Client Due Diligence and SOW write-ups.
- Collaborate with the Front Office to obtain the necessary corroboration evidence and documentation to enhance the quality of SOW write-ups.
- Liaise with Senior Client Advisors (SCAs) to clarify submissions and obtain supporting documentation where required.
- Prepare initial drafts of SOW write-ups based on information provided by the Front Office, for subsequent review by SCAs.
- Serve as a knowledge resource for the Front Office on client onboarding documentation requirements and retail banking services.
- Manage and process client onboarding documentation checks and provide general services to Front Office staff.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of private banking, including experience with account opening documentation, account maintenance, and security transfers.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong client servicing abilities, and capacity to handle multiple tasks under time constraints.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact proficiently across teams.
- Prior experience in KYC and SOW corroboration.
- Educational background: An accounting degree from a recognized tertiary institution and preferably at least two years of experience in drafting Source of Wealth(SOW) write ups within Private banking.
- Strong appreciation and understanding of private banking business models.
