Manager-level role within a bank's Credit and Risk Management function, focusing on system analysis and project support for Retail Credit Management systems. Responsible for collating system statistics, drafting business and functional documents, ensuring governance and audit readiness, leading UAT testing, and driving process improvements across credit-related systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Collate and analyze statistics of systems used within Retail Credit Management (RCM) regionally
- Support all projects RCM is involved in
- Draft relevant system documents such as BRDs and FSDs
- Ensure system governance is adhered to, and audit ready documents are maintained
- Responsible for all system related enhancement for CMC and all other systems
- Lead, coordinate, and provide necessary support including UAT testing and support for project implementation between users and IT
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in IT or data analysis within the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of both business processes and information technology infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
