Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global data discovery and management strategy aligned with corporate innovation objectives
- Lead the Data Management Office and drive data governance, quality, and lifecycle management across all business units
- Architect and scale data platforms supporting AI/ML, analytics, and real-time decision making for R&D and operations
- Partner with senior executives to identify high-impact data initiatives and secure funding and resources
- Oversee data acquisition, integration, and curation from fab, test, and design environments
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure data value, adoption, and ROI across the enterprise
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in data, analytics, or technology functions within high-tech or semiconductor industries
- Proven track record developing and deploying enterprise data strategies and governance frameworks
- Deep expertise in data architecture, big-data technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI/ML pipelines
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, design, and test data ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and influence at the executive level
- Experience managing global budgets and delivering measurable business impact through data initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into business value
