Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of key semiconductor clients across Asia-Pacific
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client executives and technical stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and product management to deliver client solutions
  • Conduct regular business reviews and QBRs with clients to align on roadmap and performance
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence back to internal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or business; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or account management within the semiconductor industry
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar accounts and exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Experience working with OEMs, IDMs, or foundries in Asia-Pacific
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional Asian language (Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese)
  • Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the region
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships
