Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of key semiconductor clients across Asia-Pacific
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client executives and technical stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and product management to deliver client solutions
- Conduct regular business reviews and QBRs with clients to align on roadmap and performance
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements
- Provide market and competitive intelligence back to internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or business; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or account management within the semiconductor industry
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar accounts and exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment
- Experience working with OEMs, IDMs, or foundries in Asia-Pacific
- Fluent in English and at least one additional Asian language (Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese)
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across the region
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships
