Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the global product strategy and roadmap for transaction banking channels across cash management, trade finance, and digital platforms
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability by identifying market opportunities, defining value propositions, and optimizing pricing strategies
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and compliance to deliver innovative channel solutions
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product performance, client adoption, and satisfaction, iterating based on data-driven insights
  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and market demands
  • Manage vendor relationships and strategic partnerships to enhance product capabilities and expand market reach
  • Champion user experience by conducting client research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into product enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and internal risk policies across all product offerings
  • Present product vision and performance updates to executive leadership and external stakeholders
  • Lead organizational change management initiatives to support product adoption and digital transformation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 5 years in transaction banking or financial services
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling digital banking products or platforms with measurable revenue impact
  • Deep expertise in transaction banking products including cash management, trade finance, liquidity management, and commercial cards
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices across multiple jurisdictions
  • Demonstrated experience with API-driven architectures, open banking standards, and modern technology stacks
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large, cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to influence C-suite executives and external clients
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
  • Experience managing P&L responsibilities and large-scale budgets exceeding $10M annually
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
  • Proven ability to drive digital transformation initiatives and manage change in large enterprises
