Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group's digital-assets compliance strategy and framework
- Lead and mentor a high-performing compliance team across multiple jurisdictions
- Serve as primary liaison with global regulators on digital-asset matters
- Oversee risk assessments, monitoring, and reporting for digital-asset activities
- Ensure timely implementation of new regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement of compliance policies, procedures, and controls
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive compliance leadership experience in financial services
- Deep expertise in global digital-asset regulations and emerging policy trends
- Proven track record managing regulatory examinations and enforcement actions
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and boards
- Experience building and scaling compliance programs in fast-growing, innovative environments
- Advanced legal, business, or compliance degree preferred
- Professional certifications such as CAMS, CCEP, or ICA Diploma highly desirable
- Fluency in English required; additional languages advantageous
