Key Responsibilities

  • Drive client / business / process / organizational improvement projects and processes through consulting mindset
  • Derive viable solutions through deep-dive analysis, problem solving, process/organization re-engineering, target operating model design
  • Present findings, client pain points, recommendations and project status to sponsors and stakeholders
  • Investigate client issues and establish relationships with internal stakeholders to improve service level standards
  • Track and report client issues, determine patterns, define mitigation strategies
  • Establish protocols to resolve client issues promptly without compromising quality
