Key Responsibilities
- Drive client / business / process / organizational improvement projects and processes through consulting mindset
- Derive viable solutions through deep-dive analysis, problem solving, process/organization re-engineering, target operating model design
- Present findings, client pain points, recommendations and project status to sponsors and stakeholders
- Investigate client issues and establish relationships with internal stakeholders to improve service level standards
- Track and report client issues, determine patterns, define mitigation strategies
- Establish protocols to resolve client issues promptly without compromising quality
