Key Responsibilities
- Create and update educational materials regarding UOB's IT security policies, regulations and guidelines as well the individual's responsibility to safeguard information assets
- Ensure alignment with organisational goals and compliance with information security standards and regulations
- Design and deliver training modules and simulations to convey practical cybersecurity experience and responsibility to information security
- Plan and execute targeted training methods and content to high-risk businesses and/or roles
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external experts to develop content that is relevant, current and engaging
- Maintain documentation, processes, procedures and metrics to demonstrate effective and efficient management of services and capabilities
Requirements
- Expertise in Information Security awareness
- Ability to develop technical training materials
- Understanding of information security standards and compliance needs
