Key Responsibilities
- Project Description: The Industrial Engineering (IE) team is responsible for analyzing Capex impact resulting from loading changes driven by supply chain dynamics and process changes affecting key metrics.
- To streamline this workflow, the project aims to develop a platform that enables: (1) IE coordinators to consolidate Capex impact with a single click, including automated sanity checks.
- Scope: Develop linkage between individual Area Capex impact files and the overall summary file.
- Develop a web-based interface to publish consolidated results to stakeholders.
