About the role
Workplace Banking Specialist acts as a liaison between the bank and corporate clients, delivering on-site financial education and banking solutions to employees. The role focuses on growing deposit and loan portfolios through consultative sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR and benefits teams at assigned employer groups
- Conduct on-site presentations and workshops to educate employees on banking products and services
- Provide one-on-one financial counseling to employees regarding mortgages, consumer lending, and deposit accounts
- Achieve quarterly sales and revenue targets for deposits, loans, and investment products
- Coordinate with branch and call-center teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track client interactions and sales activities in CRM system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail banking, financial services sales, or relationship management
- Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to travel up to 25% within assigned territory
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
