Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of electrical engineers and technicians, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Manage the lifecycle of electrical systems across HV/MV/LV networks, Power Quality and Integrated Power monitoring systems, ensuring safety, performance and reliability.
  • Drive innovation through SMART power systems, predictive maintenance, and digital tools that enhance team efficiency and system resilience.
  • Coordinate audits, emergency response plans, and vendor engagements while ensuring compliance with relevant safety and engineering standards.
  • Work cross-functionally to align electrical infrastructure projects with broader site goals, delivering results on schedule and within budget.
  • Manage Capital and Operational Cost for the team's scope.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required
  • Master's Degree or PE certifications are a strong advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in electrical engineering, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems, ETAP software, and IEC standards.
  • Familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools is advantageous.
