Key Responsibilities
- Drive project activities from planning through execution across the Project Lifecycle
- Prepare status updates and manage risks for Project Working/Steering Committees
- Assist in current state analysis, requirements gathering, and operating model design
- Support testing phases including UAT coordination, defect triage, and change management planning
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, banking, or financial institutions
- Proven project management or deep understanding of banking processes/transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex, cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in project execution methodologies and excellent communication skills
