Key Responsibilities
- As Real Time Defect Analysis (RDA) Engineer at Micron, you will be working with a team of other process and equipment engineers responsible for starting up, developing and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability, working on process yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems.
- Long-term investigation of defect issues may require extensive work with shift engineering and other functional areas.
- Evaluates products to ensure they meet the required design and performance specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical or Material Engineering, Material Science, Environmental Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent.
- Problem-solving mindset with a drive for finding effective solutions.
- Passion and interest in semiconductor frontend fabrication and memory industry.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
- Strong personal initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Able to work on 5 days off-shift.
