Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key projects or initiatives within the designated business unit or function, ensuring successful execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality output.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance data to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development, risk management, compliance, and technology, to achieve shared objectives.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and business cases to senior management, providing clear and concise recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP) is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 3-5 years in a senior specialist role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects, initiatives, or teams to deliver tangible results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
