Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional business analysis for integrated compliance workflow solutions across Group Technology & Operations
  • Define and drive end-to-end business process design and optimization for compliance-related workflows
  • Partner with technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system enhancements
  • Establish governance frameworks for compliance workflow management and continuous improvement
  • Oversee business requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for complex regulatory initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between business stakeholders, technology teams, and compliance functions
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party solution providers for compliance workflow implementations
  • Lead change management and adoption strategies for new compliance processes and technologies
  • Provide strategic direction for compliance technology roadmap and investment priorities
  • Ensure alignment of compliance workflows with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or technology consulting roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred
  • Proven track record leading large-scale business transformation and compliance technology initiatives
  • Extensive experience with enterprise systems including ERP, workflow management, and compliance platforms
  • Strong expertise in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and solution design methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional teams
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and financial services industry requirements
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks (PMP, Scrum, SAFe preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior executives and board-level stakeholders
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party solution implementations
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools for compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and technology governance frameworks
  • Experience with change management methodologies and organizational transformation initiatives
