Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for wholesale banking AI initiatives
- Define functional requirements for AI-powered banking solutions
- Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement AI workflows
- Conduct gap analysis between current state and future AI-enabled processes
- Create detailed business requirement documents and functional specifications
- Manage stakeholder relationships across wholesale banking business units
- Oversee user acceptance testing for AI implementations
- Drive continuous improvement in banking processes through AI insights
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and AI governance standards
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in wholesale banking or financial services
- Proven track record in business analysis for large-scale technology projects
- Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in banking
- Experience with ERP systems and banking platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS in relevant field)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and SQL
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Prior experience in AI project implementations preferred
