Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent and culture strategy aligned with the Innovation Group's mission to deliver breakthrough semiconductor technologies
  • Partner with senior executives to design and implement organizational structures that accelerate innovation and cross-functional collaboration
  • Lead enterprise-wide culture transformation initiatives to foster an environment of continuous learning, risk-taking, and disruptive thinking
  • Create and scale leadership development programs for technical and business leaders across global sites
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to build high-performing, globally representative teams
  • Establish succession planning and critical talent pipelines for key technical and leadership roles
  • Design performance management and reward systems that incentivize innovation and collaboration
  • Serve as executive coach and advisor to senior leaders on organizational effectiveness and team dynamics

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in global technology or semiconductor companies
  • Proven track record leading culture transformation and talent strategy at scale in highly technical environments
  • Deep expertise in organizational design, leadership development, and change management
  • Experience working with R&D, product development, and engineering organizations
  • Strong business acumen with ability to translate business strategy into people and culture initiatives
  • Demonstrated success building diverse, high-performing teams in global matrix organizations
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
  • Experience with rapid growth environments and scaling organizations through hypergrowth phases
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence and advise C-suite leaders
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% globally to support regional teams and initiatives
