Key Responsibilities
- We are looking for high energy, self-motivated, result driven individual for NAND Process Development Films Senior/Principal Lead Engineer role.
- The individual will lead a team of exceptional engineers to identify, prioritize and drive process solutions to deliver within schedule for yield, reliability and cost gaps for NAND technology nodes in different stages of technology introduction and development.
- Maintain safe environment through proactive safety practices and by ensuring safety policies are always followed.
- Hire, develop, mentor, and manage a team of highly capable process engineers.
- Create a culture of innovation and tenacity within group to meet the needs of accelerated technology cadence.
- Provide regular feedback to your team members on performance, developing a career plan and mentoring the team members to support their professional development, through Micron's performance planning and appraisal process.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Materials Science or similar related field.
- Prior leader experience in Semiconductor industry is higher preferred.
- At least 5 yrs experience in the semiconductor industry with CVD/Diffusion background and strong organizational and technical skills with demonstrated success in engagement with worldwide teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead successful projects and experience overseeing a process engineering team
- Must be able to instill a department culture within each team member in-line with the company core values.
- Must be an excellent communicator (verbal and written)
