About the role
Manage the Regional Project Management Office for Group Wholesale Banking, driving project activities from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to PMO standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution, monitoring/tracking of progress across key project phases: pre-project discovery, design and implementation
- Project issues identification, discussion and resolution at project working groups and escalation to management, where appropriate
- Prepare project documentations and presentations
- Co-create with product owners in formulating and driving outcomes of business analysis, requirements, operating model and problem solving
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, timelines and budgets; prepare status reports for stakeholders
- Ongoing project management and execution for key strategic initiatives by working closely with other GWB functions
Requirements
- Project management or banking process experience or consulting experience
- Sufficient financial services knowledge with at least 3-5 years of experience with a reputable firm or transformation division or project management office of leading financial institutions
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across functions
- Ability to distill complex problems into clear, concise summaries and formulate action plans
- Strong relationship skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels
