Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of SME clients within the Real Estate and Hospitality sectors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, advising clients on integrated financial solutions including credit and trade finance.
- Conduct business reviews to understand client operations, monitor financial health, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to structure and implement tailored banking solutions while ensuring compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in corporate banking with focus on real estate and hospitality sectors
- Proven track record in managing SME client relationships and achieving revenue targets
- Strong credit analysis skills with experience in structuring complex credit facilities
- Deep understanding of real estate and hospitality industry dynamics and financing needs
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field; MBA preferred
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
