Lead and manage a team of Wealth Relationship Managers, driving sales targets and delivering wealth management solutions to high-net-worth and affluent clients at United Overseas Bank.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Personal Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for wealth management products and services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the personal wealth client base and deepen existing client relationships.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training.
- Oversee the acquisition, retention, and growth of high-net-worth and affluent client portfolios.
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in wealth management.
- Strong understanding of financial products including investments, insurance, and wealth planning.
- Leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
