Responsible for developing data-driven workforce strategies, implementing advanced analytics platforms, and driving organizational change across multiple manufacturing sites worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive global workforce transformation strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead advanced workforce analytics and predictive modeling to optimize labor allocation and cost
  • Design and implement scenario planning frameworks for workforce demand forecasting
  • Drive standardization of workforce planning processes across all manufacturing sites globally
  • Establish key workforce metrics and KPIs to measure transformation success
  • Lead cross-functional teams in implementing HR technology solutions including Workday and advanced analytics platforms
  • Develop succession planning and critical talent pipeline strategies for key technical roles
  • Create change management strategies to support workforce transformation initiatives
  • Partner with executive leadership to align workforce strategy with long-term business goals
  • Oversee labor cost optimization initiatives while maintaining operational excellence

Requirements

  • 15+ years progressive experience in workforce planning, strategic HR, or operations management within manufacturing environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field; Master's preferred
  • Proven track record leading large-scale workforce transformation initiatives in global organizations
  • Expert-level proficiency in workforce analytics tools including Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Extensive experience with HRIS systems including Workday, SAP, or Oracle HCM
  • Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis and predictive modeling for workforce planning
  • Experience managing workforce planning for multi-site manufacturing operations
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with C-suite executives and senior leadership
  • Experience with change management methodologies and organizational transformation
  • Advanced knowledge of labor cost optimization strategies and implementation
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to develop business cases for workforce investments
  • Experience with succession planning and critical talent development programs
  • Knowledge of DEI best practices and integration into workforce planning
