Senior relationship manager role focused on managing and growing banking relationships with industrial sector SMEs across Asia. Responsible for full client lifecycle from acquisition through portfolio management, credit structuring, and cross-selling comprehensive banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships within SME clients in the Industrials sector
- Develop and execute strategic client plans to achieve revenue targets
- Structure and execute credit facilities including loans, trade finance and cash management solutions
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and risk assessment for credit proposals
- Cross-sell full suite of wholesale banking products across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking and Global Markets
- Lead client acquisition efforts and new business development within assigned portfolio
- Prepare and present credit papers and recommendations to credit committees
- Monitor portfolio performance and manage credit risk through regular client reviews
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including product specialists and risk teams to deliver seamless client solutions
- Provide strategic advisory services to clients on financing and banking needs
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of corporate banking experience with focus on industrial sector clients
- Proven track record in relationship management and portfolio growth for SME clients
- Strong credit analysis and structuring skills for complex financing transactions
- Deep understanding of industrial sector dynamics and client needs
- Experience in cross-selling multiple banking products and solutions
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
- Strong negotiation and deal execution capabilities
- Experience with credit underwriting and risk assessment processes
- Knowledge of trade finance, cash management and working capital solutions
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
