Key Responsibilities
- Monitor critical systems and ensure operational stability, including servers, storage, network devices, databases, and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, utilizing problem-solving skills and collaboration with IT teams
- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard against cyber threats and adhere to industry standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001)
- Manage vendor relationships, coordinating contracts, billing, and service requests efficiently
- Prepare regular reports on system status, incident analysis, and other key metrics for senior management review
- Conduct internal audits to identify potential risks or areas of improvement within the data center environment
