About the role
Director-level role leading technical delivery and development for UOB's payment platforms, covering RTGS, real-time high-value transactions across ASEAN, and cross-border payments. Responsible for end-to-end program governance, vendor partnerships, and capability building within agile squads.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and support for UOB payments platforms implementation under a major transformation program
- Own the overall delivery of the new payments platform and migrate existing schemes including country-specific schemes into the new platform
- Provide management oversight and guidance to Technical Leads and other senior IT professionals
- Build and maintain strong collaborative partnership with business and product teams
- Provide thought leadership and facilitate the sharing of knowledge between the digital bank team and across other UOB teams
- Drive strategies, technical roadmaps and implementation of payments portfolio
Requirements
- Experience leading payments platform transformations.
- Technical expertise in digital payment schemes and migration.
- Ability to provide thought leadership on payments roadmaps.
- Strong management and coaching skills for technical teams.
