Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global credit risk strategy and policies
- Lead worldwide credit and collections team
- Manage credit risk exposure across semiconductor customer portfolio
- Partner with Sales and Finance to optimize cash flow and working capital
- Oversee cash collection and dispute resolution processes
- Drive continuous improvement in credit operations and systems
- Present credit performance and risk metrics to executive leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- 15+ years of progressive credit and collections experience
- 10+ years of leadership experience managing global teams
- Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
