Key Responsibilities
- Lead group retail consumer marketing strategy across multiple markets
- Transform marketing thinking using digital, AI, and machine learning
- Ensure governance and due process across all marketing functions
- Implement synergies and efficiencies across marketing positioning, digital marketing, brand identity, and reporting
- Lead implementation of marketing best practices and standardisation
- Function as digital subject matter expert to drive Performance Marketing outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing strategy and execution
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing and martech
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing third-party agencies
- Ability to work across multiple markets
