Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the annual and quarterly business planning processes across the organization
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess organizational health and operational efficiency
- Manage division-level financial forecasting, budgeting, and headcount planning activities
- Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve business processes and organizational scalability
- Prepare executive reports and strategic presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Oversee the project portfolio to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and timely delivery of milestones
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvement methodologies to enhance productivity
- Facilitate communication between engineering, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure operational synchronization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field of study
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in business management, operations, or strategic planning
- Proven experience working within a semiconductor, hardware, or advanced manufacturing environment
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large-scale budgets and complex financial models
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent enterprise platforms
- Expert-level analytical skills using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior-level stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level interaction
- Solid understanding of project management principles and organizational change management
- MBA or equivalent advanced professional degree is highly preferred
