About the role
Senior director-level role leading global infrastructure planning and change management for a major semiconductor manufacturer's IT and manufacturing systems. Responsible for strategic roadmap development, large-scale transformation programs, and ensuring infrastructure reliability across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive infrastructure strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead large-scale infrastructure transformation programs and change initiatives
- Oversee planning and implementation of manufacturing systems infrastructure supporting semiconductor operations
- Manage global infrastructure capacity planning and performance optimization
- Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for infrastructure reliability and efficiency
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand infrastructure requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements for infrastructure services
- Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning for critical infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing complex infrastructure projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure transformation programs in manufacturing environments
- Extensive experience with manufacturing systems including MES, ERP, SPC, PLC, and SCADA systems
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and requirements
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and roadmap development for enterprise infrastructure
- Experience managing global teams and complex stakeholder relationships
- Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- ITIL certification preferred
- Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent continuous improvement certification preferred
- Experience with cloud technologies and hybrid infrastructure environments
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
- Experience with data center operations and network infrastructure management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
