- Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and basic statistical tools Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma concepts is a plus Good communication and teamwork skills Self-driven with a proactive attitude toward improvement Key Responsibilities Support production teams in analyzing manufacturing processes and identifying improvement opportunities Collect, monitor, and analyze production data to track performance metrics (OEE, yield, downtime, etc.) Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions Assist in process optimization and standardization efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, and EHS Develop and update work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives Ensure compliance with safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe working environment
