Key Responsibilities
- Project Description: to collaborate with Micron tool owners and external vendors to fabricate a bracket to lock CMP chemical/rinse tubing in position to ensure consistent drop point on wafer
- Project Scope: during the internship, the intern will have opportunity to be exposed to multiple type of CMP equipment, several Micron platforms, and collaborate with the equipment owners to design a bracket for chemical/diw tubing to lock the mechanism in place, ensuring consistent defect performance
- Skillset required: AutoCAD or similar 3D modeling design, 3D printing, general problem solving, Microsoft Excel
