Key Responsibilities
- Drive Cost and/or Max Out goals
- Understand short-term and long-term Cost, Max Out goals within Front End and ensure alignment to corporate business goals. Initiate and drive cross-functional programs to achieve corporate business goals
- Facilitate the definition of program scope, goals, deliverables, timeline and resource requirements in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders
- Manage the definition, refinement, and implementation of core methodologies and tools for business process including reporting
- Drive delivery of IPP Goals Performance
- Deliver tactical support and program management
- Establish structure and manage program dependencies, prioritize programs, track program milestone and deliverables
- Enable program success through subject matter expertise
- Deliver program proposals and regular progress reports
- Identify potential roadblocks, develop and execute resolution plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/master’s in Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Experience / understanding of Micron FE manufacturing processes and business processes
- Excellent analytical, fact-based decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration with other groups, internally and externally
- Knowledge on data analytics and programming is beneficial
- Proven ability to plan and prioritize goals and objectives
- Proven ability to multi-task and lead team to meet challenging deadlines and goals
- Demonstrated ability to measure self and team for efficiency and effectiveness
