Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications / Experience PhD≥12yrs, or Master's ≥15yrs, of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field, Withextensive thin films R&D/PD experience Must-Have Technical Skills Advanced thin film processingproficiency(PECVD / thermal CVD / ALD) and hands-on equipment optimization for dielectric + carbon films.
- Advanced characterization and correlation modeling linking process parameters to reliability/scaling behavior.
- Strong understanding of process-mechanical-device interactions and NAND scaling.
- Must-Have Soft Skills Recognized technical authority
