Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications / Experience PhD≥15yrs, or Master's ≥17yrs, of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field, Withextensive Thin Films R&D/PD experience in NAND including Diffusion/CVD dielectric and carbon-based films Industry recognized innovationleader:patents, publications, invited talks, leadership roles in technical committees/consortia.
- Must-Have Technical Skills Mastery of ALD/CVD (plasma and thermal) processes
- Pioneering new deposition methods/materials/integration strategies for NAND scaling.
- Deepexpertisein reliability modeling, process-device correlation frameworks, and advanced failure analysis across technology generations.
- Advanced electrical evaluation and metrology strategy
- Ability to set technical standards and shape industry direction.
