- Minimum Qualifications / Experience PhD≥15yrs, or Master's ≥17yrs, of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field,in Dry Etch Seniordryetch PD experience in R&D with technology transfer Evidence of external/industry recognition and ability torepresentthe organization technically innovation leader:patents, publications, invited talks, leadership roles in technical committees/consortia.
- Must-have technical skills Deep plasma physics/chemistry and advanced etch scalabilityexpertise(HAR, tailored pulsing schemes), and strong SPC/analysis mastery.
- Ability to driveequipmentroadmaps and supplier co-development.
- Must-have soft skills Enterprise-level influence, mentorship of senior technical leaders, and strong executive communication/presence.
- Highly desirable / preferred Strong AI/data science capability applied to process monitoring, defectivity learning, and technical decision acceleration.
