Key Responsibilities
- Lead development, optimization, and troubleshooting of photolithography processes to meet yield, quality, and performance requirements.
- Perform and own material evaluations, OPC/layout development, process window analysis, and overlay optimization.
- Design and implement advanced process control methodologies using SPC, DOE, and lithography simulation tools.
- Work with equipment and materials suppliers to evaluate new capabilities and improvements.

Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications / Experience PhD≥3yrs, orMaster's ≥5yrs, or Bachelor's ≥7yrs of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field,withdemonstratedexperience in semiconductor photolithography process development.
- Must ‑ HaveTechnical Skills Proventrack recordincontributingandaccomplishingphotolithography process & equipment roadmaps Deep knowledge in optics, immersion lithography, polarized illumination, and low k1 imaging Proficiencyin lithography simulation tools, material characterization,DOE, SPC, and basic statistical data analysis Must ‑ HaveSoft Skills Technical ownership & accountability Structured problem-solving Cross-functional collaboration Highly Desirable / Preferred Experience with advanced DUV and exposure to EUV Supplier interaction and early technology adoption experience
